About Howardena Pindell – White Cube Bermondsey:
From November 26, 2025 to January 11, 2026, White Cube Bermondsey presents a major solo exhibition by pioneering American artist Howardena Pindell. Spanning the full gallery space, the exhibition brings together works from the 1960s to the present, exploring the artist’s signature use of grids, layered surfaces, and conceptual rigor. Pindell’s art challenges racial and gender narratives while breaking formal boundaries in painting and sculpture. This timely retrospective follows her acclaimed debut with White Cube in Hong Kong in 2024.
