Your order will be delivered within up to 14 business days from the order confirmation date. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, packaging type (rolled or framed), and the selected shipping method. Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status at every stage.
If your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order (or in case of loss – if it has not arrived within 30 days). In case of damage, you will need to provide photos of the packaging and the damage to the artwork. In case of loss, we will investigate with the shipping carrier and offer you either a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
The final price you pay is displayed at checkout. However, additional charges may apply in the following cases: Customs duties and local taxes: In certain countries, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving the package.
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receiving the artwork. To return your order:Contact our customer service and specify the reason for the return. Ensure the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an order error. Once we receive and inspect the artwork, you will receive a refund or store credit.
