About Contemporary Venice 2026 – 19th Edition:
Contemporary Venice 2026 will be held from October 16 to 30, 2026, with Palazzo Albrizzi-Capello serving as its main venue. The 16th-century palace is an unusual setting for contemporary work, with paintings, photography, sculpture, installations, video and performance shown throughout its historic interiors.
This is the 19th edition of the exhibition, and the programme includes artists working in very different styles and media. This year, much of the work centres on identity and the way we experience the places around us. Artists can also apply to take part through the open call, which closes on September 27, 2026.
