About Pictures at an Exhibition & Bruch Violin Concerto:
On Saturday, April 11, 2026, the Panama City Symphony crowns its 30th anniversary season with a program blending musical mastery and visual artistry. Maestro Sergey Bogza conducts Bernstein’s lively Three Dance Episodes from On the Town, followed by Bruch’s Violin Concerto No. 1, performed by acclaimed guest violinist Ànnika Jenkins. The evening concludes with Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, a vivid musical journey brought to life alongside a curated collection of original artwork inspired by the music. Guests are encouraged to arrive in their “artistic best” and explore the foyer exhibition, where paintings will be available for purchase.
