About ARCOmadrid 2026: The Future of Contemporary Art in One Place
From March 4 to 8, 2026, ARCOmadrid returns to IFEMA Madrid for its 45th edition, bringing together 206 galleries from 36 countries and showcasing work by more than 1,300 artists. The central theme, ARCO2045, curated by José Luis Blondet and Magalí Arriola, explores what contemporary art might look like two decades ahead.
Curated sections include Opening. New Galleries (by Anissa Touati and Rafa Barber), highlighting under-8‑year-old galleries, and Profiles: Latin American Art, curated by José Esparza Chong Cuy, reaffirming ARCO’s deep ties to Latin American art.
