Abstract | Surrealism
Through my unique techniques of collage and painting, I convey what transpires in reality at large and to me personally, to the earth, to my body, and consistently embody the theme of "returning to life" and choosing life.
In my works, there is a personal, complex, direct, and intuitive combination of techniques, photographic pieces (collage), drawing with pencils, ink, pastels, acrylics, and other materials. The connections and combinations inspire me to continue, develop, and create anew each time, my own creation where my love for material, color, composition, and the result is emphasized...
A graduate of the Midrasha School of Art (1981), an artist, painter, and art teacher. I have participated in many solo and group exhibitions both in Israel and abroad. My works are featured in magazines for Israeli art and on selected virtual sites.
In my recent exhibitions, I present works that integrate my personal experiences from the war period and before, combining war scenes, reality, and other natures, in my unique techniques of collage and painting, thus expressing what happens in reality in general and to me personally, to the earth, to my body, and always "returning to life" and choosing life.
