Biography
Marilen Vivanco Sterenberg is a renowned Israeli painter, born in 1963.
She holds a master's degree in plastic arts from the University of Chile and art from Bezalel University of Jerusalem.
In her paintings, the artist searches for the encounter between images and personal memories and a landscape or environment that envelops everything in an atmosphere of light.
Marilen plays with realism, the perfection of drawing, and the stain dripping on canvas with the sensuality of oil and turpentine.
Sterenberg has participated in joint and group exhibitions in Israel and abroad: Chile, Canada, the United States, France, Croatia and Spain.
