Born in Donetsk, Ukraine, in 1967, Serg Zakharov began his artistic education early, attending the Donetsk Art School for Children and later graduating from the Donetsk Art College. He further refined his skills at the Igor Makarenko Art Studio while also pursuing academic degrees in marketing, advertising, and architecture. His multidisciplinary background informs a diverse artistic practice. Over the years, Zakharov has held solo exhibitions and taken part in group shows across Ukraine and throughout Europe, including Germany, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Slovakia, Georgia, and Finland.
