About Tampere Art Fair:
Merlin James is a contemporary Welsh artist known for his idiosyncratic paintings that engage deeply with the history of painting. Born in 1960 in Cardiff, he studied at the Central School of Art and Design in London and the Royal College of Art. He currently lives and works in Glasgow, Scotland
