On 27 February 2026, the Foundling Museum in London hosts Music & Art: Klimt & Beethoven: Artistic Rebellion in Fin de Siècle Vienna, a one-hour lecture with Sarah Jaffray. Delving into Gustav Klimt’s Beethoven Frieze—created for the 1902 Vienna Secession exhibition—the talk examines how the city’s artists, writers, and composers sought freedom from rigid institutions.
