About Marina Abramović:
From October 10, 2025 to March 1, 2026, Albertina Modern in Vienna hosts a landmark retrospective of Marina Abramović, a pioneer of performance art. Curated in collaboration with Kunstforum Wien and major European institutions, the exhibition features reenactments of her legendary performances, from her early Rhythm series to her solo and collaborative work with Ulay. With installations, participatory objects, and award-winning performances like Balkan Baroque, this show offers a rare deep dive into five decades of radical, body-centered artistic practice.
