Concreate Urban Art Festival – Oulu 2026 brings the streets of Oulu to life with large-scale murals, graffiti, installations, and community events. Taking place throughout summer 2026, the festival invites both Finnish and international artists to co-create a dynamic urban art environment. The program includes public discussions, film screenings, guided tours, workshops, and culminates in a high-energy block party with music and performances.
