About Budapest Contemporary:
Launching in September 2025, Budapest Contemporary is the city’s new modern art fair, held at the striking Bálna Budapest Event Centre along the Danube. Organized by a team with over 30 years in the art world, the fair brings together leading contemporary galleries, established and emerging artists, and art lovers from across the region. Spanning thousands of square metres, it offers an engaging program of exhibitions and events designed to connect collectors, curators, and the public. With easy public transport access, scenic river views, and a dynamic cultural atmosphere, Budapest Contemporary positions the city as a rising hub for contemporary art in Central Europe.
