Mirit Ben Nun is an Israeli artist, born in Beersheba in 1966 under the name Mirit Altshuler.
Realism
Daniel Sergio Chertkoff immigrated to Israel in 1969. In the early 1990s, he lived and created in Los Angeles, and teamed up with a group of local artists, Nuho, which created community art, with an emphasis on local Hispanic culture. During these years, he specialized in large murals, among other things, and began to paint in a realistic style.
In Daniel Sergio's works, there is an inquisitive view of the urban culture in which he lives and creates. His paintings are usually in a hyper-realistic style, and they always provide an examining and critical eye to the subject of the painting, while relating to and reflecting on his life and interiority. The subjects of his paintings are varied and include, among other things, landscapes, figures and still life.
Sergio Daniel has exhibited his works in a large number of exhibitions in Israel and around the world, and his works are in important collections.
