I am a professional artist, working independently since 1991. My first solo exhibition took place in 1979 in Kharkov, and since then my works have been shown in group and personal exhibitions and are part of permanent collections.
Dance is a central theme in my art. As a ballroom dance champion of Ukraine (2017), I see dancers not only as graceful figures but as symbols of spirit, imagination, and the beauty of fleeting moments. Women often appear in my paintings as dancers and as embodiments of love, anticipation, passion, and transformation.
My style is defined by strong, swift, unfinished lines—born of chaos yet directed toward hope, faith, and creation. Through this language, I aim to capture human nature and guide the viewer toward the delight of striving for beauty
