Abstract | Expressionism
Paul’s only formal art education came from his mentor, Valentin Golod, an extraordinary artist who taught him for over a decade. The diverse geography of Paul’s life—spanning the vast Kazakh steppes to Wolfsburg, an industrial hub home to Europe’s largest car plant—has profoundly influenced his artistic range. His styles vary from minimalist abstractions to poetic scenes depicting Spanish women and couples at cafés.
Paul’s works seamlessly blend into a variety of interiors, from British Victorian-style homes to contemporary Italian-designed apartments. His life is wholly devoted to art. Beyond being an established artist, he teaches painting classes in his community and actively promotes projects to enhance Wolfsburg’s beauty, such as designing bus stops and city lighting.
Paul Kaminski is best known in Germany, where he has held over 20 solo exhibitions in the past decade. His work has also been met with great success on the art scenes of France, Ireland, Switzerland, and other European countries.
