Eduard Bielskiy was born in 1963 in Colki, Volyn region, Ukraine. A member of the Art Union of Painters of Ukraine since 1992, he now lives and works in Izola, Slovenia, collaborating with various Ukrainian and European galleries.
Bielskiy's art reflects his passion for life, radiating positivity and creativity. For him, painting is a form of meditation—a space where imagination soars freely, uninhibited by worldly concerns.
