Abstract
Clari Netzer is a self-taught Israeli artist born in Monterrey, Mexico, whose work explores duality, rhythm, and abstraction through vibrant compositions of color and shape. Deeply influenced by Primitive Art, Mexican folklore, and art history, her paintings reflect a delicate balance between chaos and order—where spontaneous forms meet precise geometric patterns like folded corners, waves, and X-shaped wings that evoke emotional release and freedom.
Netzer’s artistic language is shaped by her immigrant experience and background in Communication Sciences, which infuses her work with depth and intention. Since immigrating to Israel in 1983, she has exhibited internationally, with her paintings held in both private and public collections since 2007. Alongside her creative practice, she leads lectures and workshops promoting Mexican culture and women's roles in the arts, reflecting her ongoing commitment to cultural dialogue and empowerment through art.
