Viktor Sheleg – Innovative Contemporary Latvian Artist with a Distinctive Vision
Viktor Sheleg lives and works in Latvia. His talent was discovered in childhood. When the time came to pursue formal art education, teachers at the Academy advised him to forgo academic training in favor of developing his already distinctive artistic style.
Viktor Sheleg’s art invites viewers to question conformism and the social norms that shape our lives, while celebrating the beauty of individuality and freedom. His intriguing depictions of women are a testament to his talent for conveying the complexities of human existence.
