About Phillips@THEARC: Bringing Art to the Community:
Phillips@THEARC, located at THEARC West in Washington, DC, offers free programs for all ages to view, discuss, make, and exhibit art. The center hosts community exhibitions, workshops, and events co-created with partners and participants to foster community dialogue and action.
