María Burgaz (Madrid, 1970) knew from a very young age that art was her calling. She began her path at the School of Decorative Arts in Madrid and graduated in Fine Arts from the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in painting.
Since then, she has exhibited her work in both solo and group exhibitions in Spain and abroad. Her art can be found in many public and private collections.
Her hardworking and enthusiastic nature has led her to participate in all kinds of projects and to collaborate with designers, writers, and anyone who offers her a way to express what she carries inside.
Her work always reflects the stage of life she is in—full of vitality, her unique sense of humor, and her way of understanding life. It's an experience meant to be savored, and it never leaves the viewer indifferent.
Her pieces are included in numerous public collections (Madrid City Hall, Martos City Hall, UEX Collection, Horche City Hall, Alicante City Hall, Casino de Madrid, Valdemoro City Hall, Professional Football Foundation, Iberdrola Collection...) as well as in private collections around the world.
